Stellium 8 Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has established the following privacy policy regarding our recruiting service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the Company, and pays close attention to the management of the personal information of companies, affiliated companies, organizations, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Clients and affiliates") and those who use the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Users") and based on this policy, we will do our utmost to protect personal information.

1.1 Definitions

  • "Personal information" (PI) refers to information about a living individual that can lead to the indentified a specific individual includingname, date of birth, address, occupation, telephone number, e-mail address, face photo, etc. It also includes information that can be easily collated with other information to identify a specific individual.

1.2 Compliance with Laws/Regulations

We will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act") and guidelines established by relevant regulatory bodies/agencies.

1.3 Purpose of Use

We may use your personal information for the following purposes. Except as specified in the purpose of use, in principle, we will not disclose it to third parties, and only with the consent of the user.

  1. Provision of information on employment placement and performance of related services

  2. Confirmation with the recruiting company regarding employment records and receipt of notification from the recruiting company

  3. Aggregation, statistics, analysis, etc. of information for publication in various media, etc.

  4. Advice and proposals for recruiting companies to formulate recruitment plans

  5. Other operations related to or incidental to the above

1.4 PI to Third Parties

The Company may provide the individual who provided the information to a third party as follows only with the consent of the person or when permitted by law.

  1. <Purpose of provision> To enable optimal delivery of the Service such as the implementation of job placement and the sharing of job seeker information.

  2. <Availability of Provisions> Applying for jobs by job seekers, introducing our services to recruiting companies related to job placement; providing information and proposals on the job market and recruitment plans, etc.

  3. <Items of personal information to be provided>

    • resume and employment history information deemed necessary for the provision of the above

    • information necessary for the optimal provision of this service, such as conditions of employment preferences and compensation

1.5 Disclosure/Deletion of Personal Data

In the event that the Company receives a request from the user for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, suspension of provision to a third party, notification of the purpose of use, or disclosure of records of provision to a third party regarding personal data held by the Company, the Company will respond appropriately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law after confirming that the person making the request is the person in question.
