Those who use the employment placement service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by Stellium 8 Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") (hereinafter referred to as the "User") are required to agree to these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") when using the Service.
1.1 Employment Placement Services
The Service provided by the Company is a general term for recruiting services and auxiliary services provided to candidates involving the introduction of job openings that are considered to match the Candidate's prior work history, skills, and qualifications
1.2 Commencement of Services
The Company shall provide appropriate support to the Candidate thru the following at the discretion of the Company.

Conduct interviews and consultations online and/or phone, e-mail, and face-to-face

Job search support by designated staff of the Company

Provision of job information and job openings
-
Acting on behalf of applicants for applications upon confirming intention to apply
-
All other services that the Company deems beneficial to the Candidate's job change activities
1.3 Termination of Services
If the Company determines that the Candidate falls under any of the following, the Company may terminate the provision of the Service without any notice to the Candidate.
1. When the Candidate violates each of the matters stipulated in this agreement
2. When the Candidate fails to reply punctually without a justifiable reason
3. When repeatedly making requests that exceed the scope of the Service
4. In addition, when the Company determines that the relationship of trust between the Candidate and the Company cannot be maintained.
1.4 Prohibition
The Candidate shall refrain from the following acts with regards to this Service.

Acts of providing false or inaccurate personal information to the Company

Acts that slander, slander, or insult other Candidates, employees of the Company, recruiting companies, recruitment agencies, or any other related parties involved in the Company's business (hereinafter abbreviated as "Related Parties").

Acts that interfere with the business or business of the Company or Related Parties, or acts that damage social credibility or reputation.

Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals.
1.5 Indemnities

The Company shall not be liable for any damages (including mental distress, interruption of job search activities, or any other disadvantages including financial loss) arising from the use of the Service (including the provision of information by a third party in connection therewith) or the inability to use it, unless there is willful misconduct or gross negligence.

The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused to the Candidate by the service provided by a third party through this service.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Candidate due to force majeure such as natural disasters, or other damages caused by reasons not attributable to the Company.

The Company will not respond to questions or respond to any questions regarding matters that are confidential to the Company or the Recruiting Company, such as the criteria for consideration, the reasons for the decision, compensation, etc.

The Company does not guarantee that Candidates will be introduced to Recruiting Clients, or that the Candidate's job search will be successful.
1.6 Compensation for Damages
In the event that the Candidate violates this agreement and causes damage to the Company, the Candidate shall be obligated to compensate the Company for all damages, whether direct or indirect.
1.7 Personal Information

The handling of Candidates' personal information is separately stipulated in the "Privacy Policy". Based on these stipulations, we will appropriately collect, use, manage, and store the personal information of Candidates, or provide it to third parties.

The Candidate shall use this service after agreeing to the "Handling of Personal Information" in the preceding paragraph.
1.8 Use of Copyrights
Copyrights and all other proprietary rights related to the information created by the Company belong to the Company.
1.9 Anti-Social Forces
Each party must present and warrant that it is not now and will not be involved in any actions and activities with Anti-Social Forces (an organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, a person who has not been a member of an organized crime group for less than 5 years, a quasi-member of an organized crime group, a company related to an organized crime group, a corporate racketeer, etc., a thug under the guise of a social movement, a special intelligence crime group, etc., and other equivalent persons). We will continue to express that we will not engage in illegal acts such as violent acts, fraudulent or threatening acts, or obstruction of business. In the event of a breach of such representation, you shall accept the termination of the provision of the Service without objection.
1.10 Changes to the Terms
The Company reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at its discretion. In the event of a change to these Terms, the Company shall notify the details of the change and the effective date of the change by the effective date in the manner prescribed by the Company. If the Candidate uses this service after the notified effective date, the Candidate will be deemed to have agreed to the changes to this agreement without objection.
1.11 Consultation
In the event that any doubt arises regarding the interpretation of these Terms of Use, or any matter not stipulated in these Terms of Use, the Company and the Candidate shall resolve them through consultation in good faith.
1.12 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of a lawsuit between the Company and the Candidate, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
